SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 c. sweet potatoes 1 1/4 c. white syrup 2 eggs, beaten 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. milk (1/2 cup if using canned potatoes) Mix all ingredients and beat until creamy. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. While it bakes, mix: 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 6 tbsp. butter Put on top of casserole and bake 10 minutes longer. |
