BEEFED UP BISCUITS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
a (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 egg
2 cans flaky biscuits
Salt, pepper & parsley

Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper and parsley (optional). Drain. Mix tomato sauce, sour cream, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 egg. Add ground beef and onion. Layer biscuits. Pour ground beef mix over biscuits and top with other can of biscuits. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
