BEEF IN BISCUIT CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can biscuits

Brown 1 lb. ground beef and drain; add 1/2 teaspoon minced onions, 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Take a can of biscuits and press into ungreased muffin cups,. being sure dough goes to the edge. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with 3/4 cup sharp Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
