LEMON CHESS PIE DELICIOUS 
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. melted butter
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1/3 c. milk
2 unbaked pie shells

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, cornmeal, and flour. Also melted butter, lemon juice, and milk. Pour in unbaked pie shells. Makes 2 pies. Bake in moderate 375 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes.
