CHIMICHANGAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
10 flour tortillas
1/3 c. Pace picante sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. refried beans
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Add onion, green pepper and garlic powder; saute. In a large bowl, add picante sauce, salt, beans and cheese to meat mixture. Place a heaping tablespoonful of meat filling on flour tortilla; roll. Drop in hot oil until both sides are golden brown.
