1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cumin 6 (7 inch) flour tortillas 1 clove garlic 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 c. green chilies 4 oz. shredded cheese 3/4 c. sour cream 3/4 c. taco sauce 1/2 c. melted butter Cook ground beef, salt, cumin, garlic, and oregano until beef is well browned. Add 1/4 cup taco sauce, green chilies, and 1/4 cup sour cream. Cool. Melt butter in large skillet. Dip tortillas and drain. Mound 1/3 cup filling on each tortilla. Fold like an envelope. Place seam down in ungreased 11x13 inch pan. (Can be done up to 24 hours before serving.) Bake 15 minutes at 500 degrees uncovered until crispy. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven to melt. Top with remaining ingredients and serve. |
