CHIMICHANGAS A-LA-LUPO 
Cooked meat (roast beef, chicken, turkey, or pork)
Onions
Fresh tomatoes
Cilantro
Flour tortillas
Oil, salt, pepper
Fresh diced garlic
Broth

Dice or shred meat. Heat oil in pan and saute onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Add meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well and add about 1/2 cup of broth so that meat will not stick to pan. Add fresh cilantro. Stir and mix well.
