STREAMLINED CHIMICHANGAS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. Picante sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Stir in Picante, cumin, oregano, and salt. Simmer until most of liquid has evaporated. Use four 8-inch tortillas. Put 2/3 cup (approximately) in center of each tortilla. Fold 2 sides over, fold ends down. Place seam side down in baking dish. Cover with Picante and grated cheese. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with sour cream and guacamole, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
