PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter

In electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and milk. Set heat control at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and peanut butter and stir until melted and blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. makes 2 pounds of candy.
