BEAN SOUP 
1/2 baked ham, boiled
1 lg. onion
4 c. celery, diced
2 lbs. lima beans
1 lg. can tomato puree (or crushed tomatoes)

Skim off excess grease from ham water. Add onion, celery, beans and tomato puree. Be sure there is enough water so it will be soup. Cook until beans are done, about 1 1/2 hours.
