CHERRIES JUBILEE HAM 
1 ham
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. lemon extract

Bake ham as directed. Mix and heat pie filling and ginger. Spoon over ham during last half hour of baking. To flame ham just before serving, heat lemon extract; spoon carefully over ham. Light. (Looks great at the table.)
