STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES 
1/2 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
36 cherry tomatoes
Parsley flakes

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Cut tops from tomatoes and scoop out insides. Put 1/2 teaspoon mixture in each tomato and garnish with parsley.
