BAKED POTATO TOPPING 
2 cans tuna, drained, water packed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes (or fresh grated onion)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. dried parsley (or fresh chives)
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Put all the ingredients in a double boiler and heat thoroughly. You may heat in a microwave.

Makes in a large batch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
