CARROT BARS 
4 eggs, beaten well
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 jars carrot baby food
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Mix first 9 ingredients in order. Pour in sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool completely. Mix butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Frost cake. Cut into 1 inch bars. Refrigerate covered.
