CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk (1 c. milk plus 1 tsp. vinegar*)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts

Frosting:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. confectioners sugar
6 tsp. milk

Put butter, water and cocoa in large pan; bring to just boil. Immediately add sugar and flour. Stir until smooth. Mix buttermilk, soda, eggs, salt, vanilla and nuts. Beat and add to chocolate mixture.

Bake in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 pan at 400°F about 25 minutes. Frost while hot.

*Note: Only use 1/2 cup buttermilk.
