BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Melt butterscotch morsels with butter, stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press half into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan firmly. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Pour into pan over crust. Add remaining crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Test middle - chill before cutting, refrigerate leftovers. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Serves: 8.
