BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Melt butterscotch morsels and butter. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 of crust into 13x9 inch greased pan.

Beat cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg. Pour over crust. Top with remainder of crust mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator and cut into bars.
