BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS | |
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips 1/3 c. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. nuts 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) condensed milk 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chips and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of the mixture firmly on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then egg and vanilla. Mix well and pour into pan. Top with crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely and chill thoroughly. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator. |
