TURKEY CHILI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
18 oz. tomato juice
1 sm. can of tomato paste
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
Ground black pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans

Spray bottom of kettle with Pam or similar spray. Saute turkey, onion, garlic, and celery until the turkey is all brown. Drain off fat; add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour.
