TURKEY CHILI 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. cooked, diced turkey
20 oz. can red kidney beans
2 c. canned or fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. water or beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice

Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
