WONDERFUL PIE | |
1 9" pastry shell, partially baked 3/4 c. sugar 1 stick butter, melted & cooled 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. chopped walnuts 2 tsp. vanilla Whipped cream Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, butter, flour and eggs until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla. Pour into partially baked pastry shell and bake for 10 minutes. Get it out of the oven and stir it carefully to mix the chocolate chips with the batter. Bake it again for 20-25 minutes. Serve at room temperature topped with whipped cream. |
