COCOA BROWNIES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whits at room temperature
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

If using self rising flour omit salt and baking powder.

In large bowl combine boiling water and cocoa. Mix with wire whisk until well blended and smooth. Add sugar, corn oil, vanilla, egg whites, flour, baking powder and salt.

Mix well with wire whisk. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick vegetable coating. Bake 25 minutes. Makes 32 bars.
