COCOA BROWNIES 
4 egg whites
1/2 c. canola oil (lowfat!)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Oil bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Beat egg whites in large bowl with spoon until frothy. Add oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in cocoa. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-26 minutes. Avoid overbaking (these are very good underbaked). Cool completely before cutting.
