PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Pour 1/3 of mixture into greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half of sugar mixture. Repeat layers and top with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
