PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple (sm. can)
2 tbsp. flour

Cream sugar, egg yolks and butter. Beat until light and add flour and pineapple. Fold in beaten egg whites.
