PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 24 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 pie crusts

Melt butter. Add sugar after mixing with flour. Beat in eggs and 1 can pineapple. Pour into prepared pie crusts. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
