PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked pie crust

Beat eggs until foamy. Beat the next 4 ingredients with the eggs until well blended. Stir pineapple into the above. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
