PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
Pinch salt

Beat in bowl. Add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Mix well and add:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix well and pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
