MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS 
10 carrots (do not use baby carrots), chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter

In a frying pan, combine all ingredients cooking over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until carrots are cooked to desired doneness, or approximately 5-7 minutes.
