PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all together and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
