LAYERED POTATO SALAD 
Boil and slice 8 to 10 medium potatoes. 1 pt. mayonnaise 1 onion, sliced in rings 8 sliced hard boiled eggs Deluxe salad and flavor crystals seasoning (Shaffeitt) Lemon pepper Parsley flakes

Flake and layer potatoes, then onion rings, then sliced eggs; put 1 tablespoon Wesson oil over this. Repeat until all are used. Cover with cottage cheese and mayonnaise mixture. Put seasoning and parsley on top and refrigerate overnight.
