LOW CALORIE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
1 can "Lite" pie filling (cherry)

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into graham crust. Chill approximately 3 hours. Top with "Lite" pie filling.
