PEANUT BUTTER PIE (Low Calorie) 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter (melted)
2 pkgs. Equal
1 lg. box sugar free instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
2 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. 100% natural peanut butter
Top with Cool Whip Lite

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and Equal. Mold into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.

In mixing bowl put 1 large box of chocolate instant sugar free pudding, 2 1/2 cups skim milk, 1/2 cup of 100% natural peanut butter. Beat with electric mixer until ingredients are completely mixed, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Top with Cool Whip Lite before serving. Approximately 135 calories per serving.
