IRISH OATMEAL BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oats
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. Beat egg, honey, and milk together. combine with dry ingredients, stir to mix.

Pour into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Brush top with melted butter. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
