ALMOND-CHOCOLATE BUTTER COOKIES 
3/4 c. almonds
1 (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolates (chocolate chips)
1 stick butter (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg

Put almonds and chocolate chips in blender and chop fine.

Cream butter, sugar and egg. Beat in flour, salt, almond extract and 1/2 of almond chocolate mix.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining almond-chocolate mixture to coat. Bake on cookie sheet, 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
