ALMOND FINGERS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 can almond paste
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. melted chocolate chips

Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Combine flour, cinnamon and salt. Beat butter for 30 seconds; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg yolks; beat well. Beat in almond paste and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating well.

Using a scant tablespoon of dough for each cookie, roll into 2 1/2 inch fingers. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with additional sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until slightly browned. When cool, dip one end of each cookie in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper; chill 5 to 10 minutes.
