BROILED LEMON CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts, split
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Thyme

Remove skin from chicken. Rinse, pat dry and place in broiler pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and thyme on both sides. Broil about 6 to 8 inches away from flame until done, turning once.

Spoon any juices over the chicken when serving.
