CHARCOAL BROILED CHICKEN BREASTS 
FOR EACH SERVING:

1 chicken breast (skin and bones removed)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. melted butter (must be real)
1 tsp. tarragon

Mix the ingredients together (except chicken). Pour over chicken for three or more hours. Broil over charcoal for 10 minutes (that's right unless the breasts are extra thick) or until tender and juicy, basting with sauce often.
