LEMON BROILED CHICKEN 
2 broilers, not over 2 1/2 lbs.
1 quartered lemon
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. sugar

Rub chicken halves on all sides with lemon and brush with butter. Mix paprika, sugar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken lightly. Place chickens in broiler pan, skin side down and place in bottom of broiler. Turn chickens after 20 minutes and place closer to heat. Broil until pink color near the bone disappears. Serves 4.
