CELERY POTATOES IN FOIL 
4-5 lg. baking. potatoes, sliced
Salt, pepper
4-5 slices bacon, crisp cooked
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed (2 c.)
1 stick butter

Place potatoes onto big piece of heavy foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over top. Add onion and cheese cubes. Slice butter over all. Bring edges of foil up, leaving space for expansion of steam and seal with double fold. Place package on grill and cook over coals for about 1 hour. Turn several times. (I also make this in a covered casserole in the oven.)
