ORANGE JELLY 
1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
3/4 c. (6 oz.) concentrated orange juice, thawed
2 c. water
3 1/2 c. sugar

Measure Sure-Jell and water in 4-quart saucepan and mix well. Place over high heat, bring to full rolling boil, and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low. Add orange juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Do not boil. Remove from heat, skim and pour thickly into glasses. Cover with paraffin or whatever you use. I prefer Saran Wrap.
