CISCO'S MIGHTY FINE HABANERO
PEPPER JELLY
 
3 plump Habanero peppers
1 large orange bell pepper
1 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar, divided
5 cups granulated sugar
3 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop red food coloring
1 (3 oz.) pouch Certo premium liquid fruit pectin

In a food processor combine peppers with enough cider vinegar to blend into a semi smooth mixture.

In a large sauce pan add pepper mix to sugar and remaining cider vinegar. Bring to a slow boil and then boil for 10 minutes. Strain into another sauce pan, then add food coloring and pectin, mix through.Put into clean jelly jars. Boil in water bath for 15 minutes.

Best served with cream cheese and crackers. Enjoy!
