ORANGE JELLY 
1 env. (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
14 c. cold water
1/3 c. sugar
Orange wedges
Few grains salt
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add sugar, salt and hot water; stir until dissolved. Mix in orange and lemon juice. Pour into individual molds which have been rinsed in cold water. Chill until firm. Unmold; garnish with orange wedges. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
