BAKED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. hot milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cut cabbage in wedges, approximately 8-12. Pour 1 cup of water in a skillet. When it comes to a boil add 1 teaspoon of salt and the cabbage. Cook over medium heat covered for 10 minutes. When done cooking, drain well.

Put cabbage in buttered baing dish, 12x8 inch. Sprinkle with flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and dot with butter. Pour hot milk over all and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
