BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes, baked

Remove potato from skins and break into pieces. Place into well greased pan. Top with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle half and half over top. Let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated orange American cheese. Bake until it bubbles at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
