LEMON CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
3 tbsp. flour
Pam spray
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar

Roll chicken in flour. Spray frying pan with Pam. Melt butter in same pan. Add chicken and brown on both sides, 5-7 minutes each side. Remove chicken. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Return chicken to pan and simmer again for 2- 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
