STIR FRY CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can Fancy Chop Suey Vegetables 1/2, drained
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 frozen pkg. Snow Pea Pods
Pam spray
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cook cut chicken, half frozen in thin strips until done. Add canned vegetables and mushrooms to meat. Add soy sauce to taste to meat and vegetables. Just before serving, add pea pods and heat thoroughly. Add cornstarch and water mix to thicken sauce slightly. Add 3 tablespoons dry sherry last before serving. Serves 4.

Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. Over 1/2 cup rice is less calories = 1 bread. Vegetable and meat mix = 1 meat & 1 cup vegetable Extremely good for diabetics or weight watchers. Also good with shelled shrimp.
