SAUTEED CHICKEN BREAST 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
Garlic powder
Soy sauce
Non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

Spray skillet. Heat on range until skillet gets hot. Brown breasts on both sides, approximately 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until juices run clear. Instead of garlic powder, try dried rosemary leaves or curry powder.
