SAUTEED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute garlic in oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook 15 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Yield: 4 servings.
