PLUCKING BREAD 
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Cut each biscuit into fourths. Melt the butter in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Add in the sugar and cinnamon. Stir until blended. Place several of the biscuit pieces at a time into the butter-sugar mixture, coating well. Continue until all pieces have been coated.

Layer coated biscuit pieces in an angel food or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter. Makes 4 to 6 servings which may be "plucked" off to be eaten. This is a great breakfast bread!
